DECEMBER MEETING:
The next meeting will be our annual Christmas / Holiday Party Dinner and White Elephant gift exchange. This will be centrally located at Aldaco’s in the Sunset Station off Commerce Street downtown. This is always a fun event and a great way to bring your spouse (or significant other) out and have a fun evening. Bring a gift or item of interest (est. cost $10) for exchange if you want to participate.

Our annual golf outing was on November 05, 2009. This year were blessed with some great weather and a great group of golfers, sponsors and volunteers.
We raised over $ 8800 for scholarships to give away next year!! Thanks to all our sponsors, golfers and volunteers! We had many volunteers from the Longhorn section. This year we were able to let some of the volunteers play golf. Vendors have found that being a volunteer allows for better networking and it helps the cause. We have 3 event holes to raise over $500 in scholarship money. We also thank our dedicated committee members who without their time we could not have this event: Anthony Wilke, Bert Casey, Fred Riemers, Kay Sanders, Erika Butler, Greg Bailey, Cindy Showalter and Scott McCormick.
Special thanks to Ft. Sam Houston Golf Course for having us again for our 11th event. Thanks to GoogleDocs.com for keeping us somewhat organized.
